This 2-year warranty guarantees coverage for any material or workmanship defects during normal use, applicable only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Normal Wear and Tear

The 2-Year Warranty does not cover damage caused by regular use, such as scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage.

Accidental Damage

Any damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care or maintenance, or product modifications will result in the warranty becoming void.

Lost or Stolen Items

This warranty does not extend to cover loss or theft of the product.

Damage from External Causes

This warranty does not provide coverage for damage caused by external factors, including floods, fires, earthquakes, and other natural occurrences.

Warranty Service

Claim Process

To activate warranty service, please contact our customer service department and provide your purchase details along with a description of the issue. We may also ask for evidence of purchase and pictures of the defect for further evaluation.

Assessment

We reserve the right inspect the product to assess warranty eligibility. If the issue is covered, we will then proceed with repair or replacement.

Repair or Replacement

We strive to fix any defective units if possible. If repair is not viable, we will offer a replacement unit, which may be either refurbished or new, at our discretion.

Shipping Costs

Customers are accountable for shipping expenses to our facility. Any fees for return shipping of fixed or replaced units will be borne by us.

Limitation of Damages

In no event shall we be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any legal theory, even if we have advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

This warranty grants specific legal rights and may also vary in jurisdiction. The terms of the warranty are subject to the laws of the country where the product was purchased.
