Our 12-Month Peace of Mind Warranty ensures that your purchase is protected against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase.
Warranty Coverage
Manufacturing Defects
In the event of a manufacturing defect, our warranty covers repairs or replacement of the product at our discretion. The warranty applies only to original, unmodified, and unaltered items.
Components and Workmanship
Our coverage includes components and workmanship problems that impact the operational performance of digital night vision devices.
12-Month Lens Replacement Benefit
Additionally, as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer a one-time lens replacement within the 12-month warranty period if your lens becomes damaged during normal gameplay. To qualify, please contact our customer service team at support@nitesights.com with your proof of purchase, a description of how the damage occurred, and clear photographic evidence of the damaged lens.
We require that you return the damaged lens to us so we can properly evaluate and verify eligibility for replacement. Once the returned lens has been assessed and approved, we will provide a replacement lens at no extra cost. This benefit covers only one lens replacement per product within the 12-month period and excludes damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, intentional alterations, or any scenario falling outside normal gameplay conditions.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
Normal Wear and Tear
The 12-Month Peace of Mind Warranty does not cover damage caused by regular use, such as scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage.
Accidental Damage
Any damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care or maintenance, or product modifications will result in the warranty becoming void.
Lost or Stolen Items
This warranty does not extend to cover loss or theft of the product.
Damage from External Causes
This warranty does not provide coverage for damage caused by external factors, including floods, fires, earthquakes, and other natural occurrences.
Warranty Service
Claim Process
To activate warranty service or initiate a lens replacement claim, please contact our customer service department at support@nitesights.com, providing your purchase details along with a clear description of the issue. We may request additional evidence of purchase and photographs of the defect or damage for further evaluation.
Assessment
We reserve the right to inspect the product or damaged lens to assess warranty eligibility. If the issue is determined to be covered, we will proceed with repair or replacement accordingly.
Repair or Replacement
We strive to fix any defective units whenever possible. If a repair is not viable, we will offer a replacement unit, which may be refurbished or new, at our discretion. For approved lens replacement claims, we will replace the damaged lens with a new one.
Shipping Costs
Customers are accountable for shipping expenses when returning products or damaged lenses to our facility. NITESIGHTS will cover the return shipping fees for repaired or replaced units.
Limitation of Damages
In no event shall we be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any legal theory, even if we have advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
This warranty grants specific legal rights and may also vary in jurisdiction. The terms of the warranty are subject to the laws of the country where the product was purchased.
Changes to the Warranty
We reserve the right to modify this warranty at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes will not affect orders already placed.
